Our non-fray elastic is the standard for luxury goods products. Non-fray elastic is a great choice for jewelry tags. We also find that customers request it for tags on cosmetics, garments, and accessories. Our non-fray elastic is our neatest elastic option, although it is not completely fray-free. This is a must-have in any context where the attention of the consumer is focused on smaller high-end products.

Black Nonfray Elastic

Black nonfray elastic is one of the two colors we always have in stock. This is an excellent choice for so many different kinds of products. After all, black looks good next to just about everything. Consequently, it is no surprise that black is by far the most frequently specified color.

White Nonfray Elastic

White nonfray elastic is the second of two colors we always have in stock. This is a natural choice for a similarly wide range of products as our black nonfray elastic, This elastic is most often selected in white for cosmetics or body care products. We have also seen it with tags for eyewear and other accessories.

Green Nonfray Elastic

Green nonfray elastic is a natural choice for seasonal items in the springtime. It handsomely complements everything from holiday chocolate to jewelry and other accessories. We also like it for fragrances, aromatherapy, garden-themed products, and other items to delight the senses.

Blue Nonfray Elastic

Our blue nonfray elastic is darker than a cobalt, and lighter than navy. This is a stately option for any design. We find this color is most commonly used with backyard, outdoor, and pool products, as well as culinary items.

Gold Nonfray Elastic

Our gold nonfray elastic is a beautiful alternative to metallic elastic. This will not reflect light in quite the same way as the latter. Nevertheless, this bright shade of gold is often used for holiday confectionery and other gifting products.

Gray nonfray elastic has a beautiful velvety sheen that catches the light. This makes it a natural choice for more reserved or austere high-end packaging. This is a great choice for fragrance packaging, or for a tag on a couture garment or accessory, or even for coat check tags at fine establishments.

Brown Nonfray Elastic

Brown nonfray elastic has a huge range of applications, owing in part to the compatibility of varying neutral shades. The obvious color connection with chocolate and confectionery bears repeating, but it also works with haberdashery, accessories, and all things sartorial.

COMPARISON:

Standard vs. Nonfray Elastic

The two images of finished, strung hang tags in the panels below show how the 'tails', or ends of the loops of string (specifically, the portion past the knot) will appear when finished. Our nonfray elastic is not completely free from fraying, but as you can see in the photo, it does so much less than our standard elastic.

Visit our Contact page in order to request samples of our standard elastic and our nonfray elastic so you can feel the difference between the two materials for yourself.
